Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

- Denmark: Standard shipping 55 DKK; free shipping on orders over 590 DKK
- EU: Economy shipping 49 DKK; free shipping on orders over 500 DKK
- International: Standard shipping 299 DKK
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
